Terms and conditions of use

These terms govern use of our website and the booking of tourism services offered by our travel agency.

1. Purpose and acceptance

By using this website, requesting information, or booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the digital channel or confirm bookings through it.

2. Bookings and contracting

Bookings are handled through direct contact (WhatsApp, email, or phone). A booking is confirmed when the client accepts the proposal sent and meets the stated payment requirements. Published prices are indicative and may vary by season, availability, and service customization.

3. Charges and payments

Payments may be made through the methods we indicate when confirming a booking (bank transfer, deposit, payment links, or other enabled methods). Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required to secure the booking and the balance before or during service delivery. All amounts are communicated clearly before confirmation.

4. Cancellations

The client may request cancellation in writing through our contact channels. Cancellations are subject to the deadlines and conditions communicated at the time of booking. In general: cancellations more than 15 days in advance may incur administrative fees; between 15 and 7 days, partial retention; less than 7 days or no-show, the booking may be non-refundable depending on costs already incurred with providers.

5. Refunds

When a refund applies, it will be processed through the same payment method used or by bank transfer, within a reasonable time after cancellation is confirmed. Third-party costs already committed (tickets, transport, lodging, etc.) are not refundable when the provider does not allow returns. In cases of force majeure or authority orders, rescheduling options are offered before proceeding with a refund.

6. Service responsibility

We provide tourism services with qualified operators and providers. We are not liable for delays, weather changes, route closures, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control. The client is responsible for valid travel documents, personal insurance, and following health and safety recommendations.

7. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website. By booking our services, you authorize use of your data for booking management and operational coordination.

8. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with the last updated date.
